Recreational Gymnastics
At Wild West Athletics, our Recreational Gymnastics program is the perfect combination of structured learning and nonstop fun! Children build strength, coordination, confidence, and listening skills while enjoying a positive, encouraging environment.
Each class begins with a fun warm-up and stretch before gymnasts rotate through our exciting gymnastics equipment, including vault, bars, beam, floor exercise, and creative obstacle courses designed to develop age-appropriate skills.
Our experienced coaches teach fundamental gymnastics techniques while helping children learn to follow directions, take turns, and gain confidence with every accomplishment. To finish each class, gymnasts enjoy time on the trampolines and foam block pits before ending with a special prize!
